Delete Your Account
Request deletion of your Homeschool Ledger account and all associated data.
Before You Request Deletion
Deleting your account is permanent. Once processed, the following data will be removed and cannot be recovered:
- Your account credentials and profile information
- All student records, grades, and attendance data
- Course plans, lesson records, and curriculum data
- Generated transcripts and reports
- Subscription and payment history
Data Retention Timeline
After your request is processed, your personal information and educational records will be deleted within 30 days. Backup copies may persist in our systems for up to 90 days but will not be accessible or used.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Export your data first. Before requesting deletion, use the export feature in Homeschool Ledger to download any transcripts, reports, or records you want to keep.
- Cancel your subscription. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before requesting deletion.
- Send a deletion request. Email us using the button below. Include the email address associated with your Homeschool Ledger account so we can locate and verify your account.
- Wait for confirmation. We will verify your identity and send a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.
