These general terms apply to all Corgrimm Tech services unless superseded by app-specific terms above.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our mobile applications and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Description of Services
Corgrimm Tech LLC provides mobile applications including but not limited to Homeschool Ledger, Smart Ringer, and AgentRoleplay. These applications may offer both free and premium subscription features.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
Subscription and Payments
Some of our Services may be offered on a subscription basis:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- You will be charged through your App Store or Google Play account
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store's policies
Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by Corgrimm Tech LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you create using our Services. By using our Services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Services to you.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or share through our Services. We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us the necessary rights to provide our Services.
Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Services are free of viruses or harmful components
- Results from using the Services will meet your requirements
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corgrimm Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.
Data Backup
While we strive to maintain data integrity, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data. We are not liable for any data loss.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
